LTA Youth Tennis
All children aged 5-10 can dive into the world of tennis with smaller rackets and slower balls through LTA Youth Tennis. Come and give it a go!
Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
Junior
No matter what your ability you’ll have fun on court with of junior players your age. Coaches will be on hand to offer tips to help your game and advice on how you can continue to play.
Adult Beginners
This session is a designed for players who have not played much tennis before. It will primarily focus on getting you on court and enjoying the game, with some helpful technical pointers throughout the class.
Adult Intermediate
This session is for players with a sound tennis background and for the ‘Rusty Rackets’ who have played tennis in the past and who want to get back up to speed.
